Holly graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Philosophy. She has taught English at UC Riverside Extension and also received her TEFL Certificate from UC Riverside Extension. She also designs and sells her own jewelry line.

Holly is fascinated by different cultures and languages. She loves international foods. An avid gardener, she loves growing exotic fruits and vegetables.
